HR Generalist III
Peak Performers has partnered with a medical technology company to assist in their search for an onsite HR Generalist III. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring the administration of HR policies and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
Carry out responsibilities in departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, compensation, organizational development, and employment
Originate and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of Human Resources experience
Manufacturing/plant/distribution environment - must have exp with all levels of workers (hourly staff)
Preferred
Worday experience preferred
