Responsibilities
Develop and execute healthcare marketing strategies that support referral growth through long-term partnerships
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical leaders
Build structured referral ecosystems that promote consistent, compliant, and mutually beneficial collaboration
Lead co-branded marketing initiatives, joint education programs, and community outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal leadership and clinical teams to ensure messaging aligns with services, outcomes, and patient experience
Support partner organizations with marketing tools, education, and shared initiatives to strengthen collaboration
Design, develop, and support continuing education programs for hospital staff, long-term care staff, and healthcare partners
Collaborate with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to develop compliant, relevant educational content related to lymphedema and compression care
Partner with healthcare organizations to deliver in-person and virtual CE courses
Ensure all educational initiatives meet accreditation, compliance, and documentation requirements
Leverage education programming to enhance brand credibility and strengthen referral relationships
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to external partners and referral sources
Maintain an active presence in the healthcare community through meetings, events, and professional networking
Build and sustain trust-based relationships that support long-term growth and referral stability
Monitor healthcare market trends, referral patterns, and competitive activity
Provide leadership with strategic insights and recommendations
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals
Ensure all marketing, partnership, and educational activities align with brand standards, healthcare regulations, and ethical guidelines
Partner with leadership to maintain compliance while executing effective outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or healthcare business development
Experience working with healthcare service organizations, post-acute providers, specialty clinics, or physician groups
Demonstrated success in building referral networks and long-term partnerships
Experience leading co-branded initiatives and collaborative marketing programs
Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate partnerships into measurable growth
Strong communication and presentation skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and credibility
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through abilities
Preferred
Established relationships within the regional healthcare market
Experience developing referral ecosystems rather than transactional campaigns
