4+ years expTIH is seeking a National Clearance Officer to join their team at Kensington Vanguard National Land, one of the largest independent full-service national title insurance agencies in the country. The role involves reading and clearing purchase and refinance transactions, examining legal documents, and working with clients to prepare titles for closing.

Responsibilities
Read and clear purchase and refinance transactions; for residential transactions
Examine abstracts, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to determine title insurance and legal issues in connection with title insurance commitments/reports
Works with title agency clients and attorneys representing parties to a real estate transaction to clear title exceptions and prepare the title for closing
Ability to prepare and/or review both Owner and Loan Policies for appropriate exceptions
Preparing and/or reviewing and knowledge of Title Bills/Invoices
Experience with Surveys, Survey Readings, Real Estate Taxes, Recordings and Escrows
Experience with National transactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of at least 4-6 years of experience
Able to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects and maintain flexibility related to assigned tasks
Able to work with minimum supervision in a team oriented and fast paced environment
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
High energy, a positive attitude
Language Fluency: English (Required)
