Responsibilities
Execute investment transactions that adhere to our approved investment policy
Manage banking infrastructure including accounts, entitlements, signatories, and KYC updates
Run and maintain daily cash operations
Procure and implement a Treasury Management System and keep reconciliations clean
Build sophisticated cash flow forecasts across our subscription business, new product lines and infrastructure spend
Support capital structure decisions and financing strategies
Develop investment policies that balance liquidity requirements with returns
Assess and mitigate treasury-related risks including liquidity, interest rate, and counterparty risk
Design scalable treasury processes and strengthen internal controls
Build documentation and cross-training to ensure operations are never single-threaded
Implement automation that makes treasury faster, safer, and more reliable
Create self-serve dashboards that turn raw data into decision-ready insights
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience with direct investment management responsibility
Deep hands-on experience with investment policies, permitted instruments, and risk management frameworks
Track record of building or significantly improving treasury operations in high-growth tech environments
Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems
Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong control mindset
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA certification
Experience at an AI/ML company or capital-intensive tech business
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (NetSuite)
Background with multi-currency management or international treasury operations
Understanding of compute infrastructure spend patterns
