They are seeking a Head of Performance Creative to lead their performance creative strategy and manage a growing creative team, focusing on impactful ads across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead all performance creative strategy for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, AppLovin)
Concept, script, storyboard, and oversee production of high-impact ads
Build and manage a growing creative team (UGC creators, designers, editors, freelancers)
Experiment with formats, hooks, angles, and narrative structures to drive lower CPA & higher LTV
You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Acquisition and leadership team
Build iterative testing frameworks and feedback loops with Growth + Ecomm
Develop cohesive creative systems across ads, landing pages, PDP visuals & email
Maintain VIIA’s creative identity while pushing boundaries and innovating constantly
Stay ahead of platform trends, competitive landscape, and what’s converting right now
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in DTC creative (wellness, beauty, supplements, or CPG strongly preferred)
Expert in paid social creative, UGC direction, ad scripting, video editing oversight, static design, and creative testing frameworks
Experienced in building and leading high-output creative teams (designers, editors, UGC creators, freelancers, etc.)
A curious experimenter who learns fast, moves fast, and iterates even faster
A self-starter who loves the chaos, speed, and fun of a small but mighty startup
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen
Someone who brings good energy, big ideas, and a genuine love for creativity
Passionate about wellness, aesthetics, culture, and building brand worlds that people want to be part of
