Responsibilities
Standard Price and Delivery requests from sales and product
Supplier contract loading, maintenance, renewals and updating
Cross reference requests from sales/PMs
Sample Requests
Part loading on system
Literature requests
Supplier prints, specification requests
Distributor stock checks/part searches
Become trained to use Quote Accelerator quoting function
Opportunity tracker administration
Product Manager backup while they are out. Become trained on the major product lines in order to fill in while PM is out for good coverage
Participate fully in all supplier training meetings with sales
Attend supplier trainings when possible
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a US Person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (I.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee
Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including proficiency in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
