Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws across U.S. and Quebec locations
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Oversee required government reporting
Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Manage job postings, job descriptions, screening, and interviews
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
Conduct internal investigations related to performance, conduct, or harassment
Advise managers on employee relations best practices
Identify organization‑wide training needs
Coordinate leadership, compliance, performance, and safety training programs
Administer compensation and benefits programs for U.S. and Quebec employees
Benchmark compensation and recommend adjustments
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy
Manage the performance review cycle
Coach managers on performance documentation and coaching
Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HRIS data integrity
Complete Groupe Rossignol HR reporting requirements
Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Reinforce company mission, values, and culture across all teams
Support visas, relocations, and mobility needs
Ensure HR alignment between U.S. and Quebec sites

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
