Handle and audit usage of training programs
Update training programs to meet required compliance
Identify new learning strategies to meet needs of growing organization
Help manage orientation sessions with new managers regarding company policies and procedures
Address all questions regarding learning & development, providing necessary resources to managers and employees
Work with trainers to deliver learning programs within timeframe
Create reports to track effectiveness of training tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Education, Business or Organizational Development
Must have 3+ years in a training or Learning & Development position
Must be proficient in LMS and training tools
Must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have experience generating reports to audit metrics
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite programs
