Information Technology Recruiter
The Phoenix Group is an executive search and staffing solutions firm located in New York City, seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team as Technical Recruiters. In this role, you will identify and qualify candidates for corporate clients while building meaningful relationships and achieving hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients
Review resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to qualify applicants
Assist with interview preparations, all communications and extending offers to qualified applicants
Create and continuously update client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction
Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met
Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
Proficient with Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, & Monster
