Responsibilities
Manage IP matters
Handle 450 billable hours annually
Maintain dockets and case files
Draft, edit, and proofread documents with accuracy
Coordinate communications and attend status meetings
Manage client estimates and invoices
Support engagement letters and intake
Coordinate travel and CLE tracking
Assist with litigation tasks, including document production, database setup, timelines, and occasional travel
Qualification
Required
Experience as an IP Litigation Paralegal
Ability to manage IP matters
Ability to handle 450 billable hours annually
Ability to maintain dockets and case files
Ability to draft, edit, and proofread documents with accuracy
Ability to coordinate communications and attend status meetings
Ability to manage client estimates and invoices
Ability to support engagement letters and intake
Ability to coordinate travel and CLE tracking
Ability to assist with litigation tasks, including document production, database setup, and timelines
Proficiency in IP docketing systems
Proficiency in inTapp Time Entry
Proficiency in Chrome River
