Craftmix is a rapidly growing startup disrupting the cocktail category with innovative, convenient cocktail mixers. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth and success for their online store and TikTok Shop, focusing on media buying, ad management, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities
Owning the overall growth and success of our online store & TikTok Shop
Managing and directing our Meta media buying efforts / Facebook Ads
Managing and developing high converting ads with creators and graphic designers
Managing and directing our email + conversion optimization agency
Managing and directing our TikTok Shop GMV Max ads campaigns
Developing high‑converting landing pages alongside our developer
Constantly analyzing and optimizing performance, conversion, and revenue across all eComm channels
Building a scalable, data‑driven growth engine for Craftmix’s DTC ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Strong background at successfully and efficiently running Facebook ads
Strong background at briefing and developing high converting winning ad creatives (with our graphic designers and social creators)
Strong background in CRO
Strong background in Email & SMS marketing
Proficient at successfully and efficiently running TikTok GMV Max Campaigns
Strong organizational and management skills
