Responsibilities
Manage YBI ENGINE’s LinkedIn and social media presence with daily engagement, content scheduling, and audience interaction
Create and amplify content showcasing portfolio company founders, press coverage, and team updates
Schedule and produce short-form video content for multi-channel use (primarily for LinkedIn)
Design one-pagers, presentations, and graphics for ENGINE and portfolio companies
Execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase program visibility
Attend prospective client and portfolio company meetings
Assist companies with special projects aligned with the coordinator's skills
Participate in all internal ENGINE meetings
Oversee market research platforms
Provide administrative support as assigned
Assist with planning, marketing, and execution of YBI events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Canva and similar design platforms
Experience editing video content (including basic cuts, captions, and platform-ready formatting)
Demonstrated experience managing and growing LinkedIn business pages, with a strong understanding of content performance and audience engagement
Strong interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and project management skills
