Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Brand Tracking program, including survey design, data cleanliness/quality, and reporting
Translate findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations and implications
Produce effective communication that motivates stakeholders to apply learnings across marketing and the organization
Analyze underlying trends and proactively identify competitive opportunities and risks within the data
Deliver regular reporting, recommendations, and additional data for VR and Wearables devices on-time
Contextualize brand tracker learnings with macro-economic, company-level, or organizational moments to enhance understanding and recommendations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey design, data analysis, and brand tracking programs
Proven ability to independently execute full-cycle brand tracking programs and leverage primary and secondary sources for analysis and strategies
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to develop research methodologies from a blank slate
Experience managing data sets with responsibility for data hygiene and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering concise, executive-level synthesis to influence business decisions
Ability to think holistically and creatively in addition to technically and analytically
Proven ability to collaborate proactively and effectively with a broad variety of partners
