Global Branding & Communications Intern

Responsibilities
Create engaging content: Draft, edit and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and style
Event coordination: Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events such as global town halls, employee recognition programs and community initiatives
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints
Explore our other team areas: Support projects in public relations, branding, social media and graphic design to develop a well-rounded skill set
Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to communication strategies
Adaptability: Perform additional duties and participate in team initiatives as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the Global Branding & Communications team
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a business-related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms
Experience with SharePoint Online and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
