They are seeking a Set-Up Technician who will be responsible for the efficient operation of extrusion lines, including new order setup, maintenance of equipment, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
Train as an extrusion operator to learn machines, products and processes
Set up new work orders as dictated by scheduling and the set-up specifications
Complete basic repairs on extrusion and support equipment
Work directly with the Production Manager to coordinate plans for pending work orders
Support quality assurance efforts through daily monitoring of the extrusion equipment and the products being produced
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Qualification
Required
Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior mechanical or maintenance experience required
Must be detail-oriented and able to work unsupervised
Training provided related to maintenance of all custom Washington Mills equipment
Have a strong commitment to safety and work well in a team environment
