This position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment, focusing on incident response and risk mitigation while working with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Learn and perform core department business group work tasks, processes, and customer services
Complete case file audits using standard work processes
Develop and execute project action plans and perform team assignments
Review, analyze and trend data
Offer operational support to department business group managers
Develop and execute project action plans and perform team assignments
Build and strengthen a network of professional contacts within departments and across the company
Assist with project management for various company initiatives and complete administrative tasks and special projects
Remain open and flexible to perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College credits equivalent to one year toward an undergraduate degree
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Basic organization, prioritization and time/project management skills
Preferred
College credits towards a degree in Business Administration, Pre-Law or Risk Management
