Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily traffic control operations in accordance with state and local regulations
Read, interpret, and execute traffic control plans (TCPs)
Set up and remove traffic control devices, signage, and flagging zones
Conduct site safety inspections and enforce all safety protocols
Train and mentor traffic control personnel, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and incident records
Act as a liaison between field crews, clients, and Vector management
Manage crew and equipment mobilization/demobilization
Lead pre-job briefings and ensure job site readiness
Qualification
Required
Current Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Certification – ATSSA or CCA preferred
Minimum 2 years of traffic control experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of CDOT and MUTCD regulations
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including DOT-regulated substances)
