They are seeking a Senior Manager for the IM Global Learning program, responsible for developing and executing training strategies to ensure compliance and support the IM Transcend program objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver impactful learning programs that integrate technology, and diverse learning techniques to improve individuals’ understanding of ways of working, SAP S/4 HANA, and business processes
Support IM Transcend program wide learning needs
Curate and/or create learning content and materials that are relevant, current, and effective
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies to evaluate the impact of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery based on results
Stay informed about emerging trends, learning automation tools/technologies, and practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance training design, delivery, and learner outcomes
Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations
Ensures technology environments are available and prepared for training content development and delivery
Manage learning metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting, converting data into actionable insights that continuously improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes
Ensure all materials and content are approved through appropriate leadership, regulatory, and HCC channels prior to use or facilitating content; including the development and maintenance of compliance training plans and critical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
Apply and monitor project timelines, resources, and budget projections for short- and long-term high impact training programs
Showcase proficiency in business insight gathering, understanding the user experience and critical interdependencies to help the program stay on track
Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with all GxP requirements, as well as the adherence and integration of SOPs and WIs into the vital learning activities
Leverage insights from evaluation efforts to make data-driven decisions and refine learning strategies groups
Collaborate with key program partners to assess learning needs, identify gaps, and prioritize initiatives to align to release dates, required compliance timelines, or prioritized business needs as well as overall strategic direction
Develop and continually enhance personal understanding of E2E IM business processes, inclusive of Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and R&D through practical experience, training programs, and learning from key users
Lead a group of resources in a matrix style model; including trainers, instructional designers, and learning coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
Cultivate a strong and cohesive global team culture to facilitate effective virtual and in-person collaboration
Collaborate and align with peers & support teams to bring forward innovative solutions and resolve issues
Efficiently manage program workstream and other partner relationships to ensure connected and cohesive strategies and workplans; negotiate to drive value and target delivery commitments across all groups

Required

Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor's / University or higher degree is strongly preferred, with a focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Instructional Design, Education
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs via different learning modalities
Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning trends
Proficiency with learning management systems and other e-Learning authoring tools
Stakeholder management experience driving outcome at varying levels of the organization
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work independently
Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage and empower diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation

Preferred

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions, including end-customer touchpoints
Experience working in a sophisticated, multi-ERP / system environment and proven experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)
Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience
Understanding of GxP and other compliance regulations
Proficiency in agile methodology
Technology and business process transformation experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global workforce
