Administrative Coordinator
J BLACK FINANCIAL GROUP is a successful and rapidly growing boutique wealth management firm, seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the business and enhancing the client experience by managing schedules, onboarding clients, and providing administrative support.
Financial Services
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendars ensuring schedules are organized and aligned with business needs
Onboard new Clients and Prospects in a professional, timely manner
Answer routine client service requests and questions
Maintain client records and document client communications
Plan and manage all Team events
Coordinate Client gifts and J BLACK FINANCIAL GROUP merch
Provide administrative and office support
Work collaboratively and interdependently with Team Members
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and follow-through with tasks efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication, internal and external
Always do what's in the client's best interest
Professionalism, high standards and diligence
Champions positivity in a fun, collaborative, energic team environment
Maintains highest levels of client confidentiality
Familiarity with Microsoft Systems (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Excel)
