Performance Partner
The Children's Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon) is dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and families in the community. The Performance Partner plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery across funded programs, providing support for contract implementation, monitoring, and performance evaluation while fostering strong partnerships with community investment partners.

Responsibilities
Review assigned programs against contract requirements, including funding utilization and disbursement requests to ensure program compliance
Provide technical assistance, training, and support to funded CIPs to improve program efficiency, effectiveness and quality
Maintain program files and answer inquiries from CIPs regarding administrative, programmatic, and financial procedures and practices
Facilitate performance review process for assigned CIP programs
Conduct on-site program observations, monitoring and evaluations to determine whether service delivery is in compliance with the contract
Gather, maintain, and analyze data from the CSC Leon Services and Activities Management Information System (SAMIS) or other reports related to assigned CIP contracts, in cooperation with the Director of Programs and Finance, Lead Performance Partner and other CSC Leon staff
Prepare periodic performance review evaluation reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant professional experience; a combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year-for-year basis (e.g., four years of professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)

Technical Aptitude: Skillful in the use of tools, hardware, software, and equipment

Conflict Resolution: Resolves disputes by mediating solutions, maintaining professionalism, and managing challenging situations with composure
Policy Development and Compliance: Develops and updates policies to align with regulations, ensures adherence to standards, and conducts audits to maintain compliance
Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement: Represents organizational interests by building coalitions, fostering partnerships, and influencing decision-makers with evidence-based advocacy
