Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime and productivity
Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to mechanical trades and maintenance personnel
Drive troubleshooting efforts and implement action plans to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Own maintenance strategy including safety, environmental compliance, and asset care
Manage the maintenance budget, MRO activities, storeroom inventory, and mobile equipment fleet
Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead training efforts and team-based process and equipment improvements
Support capital projects and equipment upgrades
Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards across the facility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (technical preferred) with 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
Journeyman's card with 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership
Associate's/technical degree with 7+ years of leadership experience
Proven experience leading large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable and drive sustainable change
Solid understanding of maintenance systems and processes
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Comfortable responding to off-shift emergencies as needed
