InternFACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to help shape the future of facial bar marketing at their Madison, WI location. This role focuses on influencer marketing and community engagement through social media, event planning, and collaborations with local businesses.

Responsibilities
Develop engaging content, capture in-store moments, and manage communication with our local audience across social platforms
Foster collaborations with local influencers and businesses to boost community involvement and drive brand awareness
Assist with daily promotional tasks, track engagement metrics, and report on insights to help refine our overall marketing strategy
Plan and implement community events, including business partnerships, pop-ups, and local outreach initiatives
Qualification
Required
A natural social media savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, organized mindset with the willingness to take initiative and explore different business aspects
A genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry, marketing, and community building
Availability for part-time work (5-10 hours per week), including some flexibility for night and weekend events
