Sell personal and commercial lines of insurance
External Prospecting & Marketing
New Business Quotes & Sales
Commercial and Farm/Ranch Sales
Life Quoting & Sales
Servicing existing and new policies
Customer retention
Policy changes
Billing inquiries
Claims follow up
Provide excellent customer service to policyholders, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
Assist with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services
Qualification
Required
Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 weeks of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Ability to Commute: Bountiful, UT 84010 (Required)
Preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is preferred
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
