Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building modeling and 3-5 years in HVAC system design

Proficiency in energy modeling software and creating models that comply with LEED certification and code compliance

Proven expertise in conducting lifecycle cost analysis and creating energy conservation reports

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building codes, and control strategies

Capable of evaluating and optimizing building systems for energy efficiency through advanced engineering calculations

Experience in preparing utility incentive applications and managing the application process

Excellent communication skills with experience in delivering training and presentations

Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, TRACE 700, HAP, Equest, and Open Studio

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
