Responsibilities
Set intent for the client
Set design for environmental issues and climate reporting
Develop reporting and disclosures
Synthesize and develop strategy
Storytelling skills (research/analysis) to include slide building and develop/present decks to Board members and executive audience
Work effective with cross functional teams(legal, finance, security, risk management)
Drafting climate reports and disclosures
Prior knowledge of climate and sustainability, climate reporting frameworks
Problem solve in a quantitative manner
Sustainability strategy
Understand CDP, California SB2 61 and 53, TSCD
Promote transparency to stakeholders, customers, employees
Include physical structures, governance initiatives, risk management strategy
Strategic analysis and reporting role in climate strategy
Qualification
Required
Business Analyst with experience with climate reporting frameworks like Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), CDP
synthesize and develop strategy, storytelling skills (research/analysis) to include slide building and develop/present decks to Board members and executive audience
Work effectively with cross functional teams (legal, finance, security, risk management) and Tech writing skill, drafting climate reports and disclosures
Prior knowledge of climate and sustainability, climate reporting frameworks, problem solve in a quantitative manner, sustainability strategy, understand CDP, California SB2 61 and 53, TSCD
Promote Transparency to stakeholders, customers, employees
This can include physical structures, governance initiatives, Risk management strategy
