They are seeking a Water/Wastewater CADD Technician to assist with a wide range of challenging water and wastewater projects, collaborating with engineers in the design and production of contract documents.

Responsibilities
Provide drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining 3D models in Revit
Prepare P&ID drawings using Plant 3D and Revit
Prepare design drawings from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematics
Prepare working drawings from conceptual plan to development Plan, Construction documents, and construction record drawings
Coordinate with other team members including engineers, managers, administrative staff, and construction staff members
Learn and apply dewberry/client specific drafting standards to drawings
Design, layout and construct mechanical assembly drawings and fabrication details in Revit and Plant 3D
Modeling, laying out, sizing, coordinating, and detailing process mechanical systems
Assembly of plan sets and submittals
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a CADD designer with mechanical emphasis
Experience using AutoCAD, Plant 3D and Revit modeling experience to create surfaces, alignments, and profiles. Civil 3D a plus
Assist with a wide range of projects and work with multiple project managers
Strong interest in civil engineering, including Wastewater, Water Resources, and construction best practices
HS diploma, A.A. Degree in Drafting, Design, or related field preferred
High attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills
Ability to ask for additional directions and assistance when needed
Preferred
Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities design experience preferred
BIM/ Navisworks / ACC/ Model Coordination experience preferred
