Responsibilities
Remove and replace warps by following the FIFO board and pull scheduling system
Ready looms for warp replacement
Cleaning loom
Tying
Hanging
Pulling over warps
Correcting any broken ends or warp related issues
Lease out warps for tie backs
Place new warps in and properly set up warps for tying machines
Complete all paperwork
Proper identification of styles/width/pattern needed
Unload warp beams from elevator
Place beams in beam storage
Assist in loading warps for entering
Assisting with weaving
Qualification
Required
Ability to work safely
Experience with removing and replacing warps
Familiarity with FIFO board and pull scheduling system
Ability to ready looms for warp replacement
Experience in cleaning looms
Skills in tying, hanging, and pulling over warps
Ability to correct broken ends or warp related issues
Experience in leasing out warps for tie backs
Ability to place new warps in and properly set up warps for tying machines
Ability to complete all paperwork accurately
Proper identification of styles/width/pattern needed
Ability to unload warp beams from elevator
Experience in placing beams in beam storage
Assisting with loading warps for entering
Willingness to assist with weaving
