Responsibilities
Performs data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases
Organizes and maintains electronic and physical files
Transcribes information from various sources accurately and efficiently
Collects data from different departments or sources and input it into spreadsheets or databases
Assists with basic math calculations and data analysis, including the use of Excel and pivot tables
Provides administrative support to the team as needed
Data collection and cleansing
Data exploration and analysis
Data visualization and reporting
Collaboration with teams to address business questions
Model development and statistical analysis
Data Entry for Paper Logs to Excel Spreadsheet
Update/Troubleshoot Excel Workbooks (maintenance, updates, repairs)
Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma and/or 2-3 years' experience as a data entry clerk
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of database management systems
Business acumen to translate data into actionable insights
Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills; keeps abreast of current developments; requires minimal supervision; displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
