Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to questions via phone, zoom, or support ticket system
Help clients navigate and utilize the iSolved platform effectively within the Payroll and TLM modules
Track and manage open support tickets and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams or escalating issues when necessary
Educate clients on best practices, tools, and resources available to help them succeed
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and solutions using internal CRM or support systems
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or service gaps
Participate in training sessions to build expertise in the iSolved platform and implementation methodology
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in a client service, customer support, or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through
Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and urgency
Hands-on experience using the iSolved platform
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
MS Office/Windows
