Responsibilities

Must willing to work onsite
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Management
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management
Understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, applications, networks, and cloud systems
Ability to manage multiple change requests in fast-paced environments
Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, HIPAA)
Strong focus on audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and control adherence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain process requirements and guide teams through compliance steps
Comfortable working with cross-functional technical and compliance teams
