Responsibilities
Data entry, editing, and document/template preparation
File management and organization
Working within a CMS to maintain accurate records
Generating reports and updating attorneys and management
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks
Qualification
Required
Dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to support attorneys and management with critical data and administrative tasks
In-office training for up to 90 days
Part-time schedule averaging 15–30 hours per week
Greater scheduling flexibility and potential for remote work after training, based on performance and business needs
Data entry, editing, and document/template preparation
File management and organization
Working within a CMS to maintain accurate records
Generating reports and updating attorneys and management
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks
Preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort learning new systems and technology
Microsoft Office proficiency
Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus, but not required
