Portfolio Management: Underwrite and manage both new and renewal business for Private D&O accounts, ensuring alignment with profitability goals
Risk Evaluation: Assess exposures, establish coverage terms, and determine appropriate pricing to support sustainable growth
Broker Relations: Build and maintain strong broker partnerships to drive new business opportunities and retention
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve underwriting excellence and organizational objectives
Market Expertise: Stay informed on financial lines trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities
Travel: Attend client and broker meetings within the assigned territory to enhance relationships and promote offerings
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of Financial Lines underwriting, with expertise in Private D&O and complex risk management
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in underwriting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of additional financial lines products is a plus
