Responsibilities

Lead the client service cycle and ensure a seamless renewal process
Prepare and deliver presentations for both fully-insured and self-funded accounts
Support annual enrollment meetings and develop communication strategies
Identify opportunities for growth and share insights with the sales team
Foster innovation by generating new ideas and improving processes

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
1+ years supervisory experience
Life & Health licensing is required

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
Solid financial acumen
