Responsibilities
Assist with press setup, paper loading, ink preparation, and plate mounting
Verify job specs, materials, and print settings for accuracy
Monitor quality, pull sample sheets, and support make-ready and wash-ups
Help maintain and troubleshoot press components
Follow all safety, housekeeping, and production procedures
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment operation, or printing
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
