5+ years expitD is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, reporting, and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across growth and partner teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility while supporting large-scale marketing and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics partners to gather data, metrics, and reporting requirements
Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analyses to support data-driven decision-making
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to support large-scale campaign execution and automated reporting
Write high-quality, performant SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze large datasets
Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity and accuracy issues
Establish and guide best practices for data pipelines, reporting standards, and analytics workflows
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
5+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL)
Proven experience designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes at scale
Experience working with very large datasets (millions of rows) across multiple data sources
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools and automated reporting (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy)
Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis and processing
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and guide teams on best practices
Preferred
Experience operating distributed data extraction, ingestion, and processing systems
Experience supporting marketing, growth, or performance analytics use cases
Strong ability to self-manage projects, set expectations, and deliver in fast-changing environments
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
