Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies across organic and paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google, email marketing) to raise brand awareness and enable rapid scaling

Help shape product positioning, messaging, and launch plans

Support performance marketing experimentation, testing, and optimization; analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform marketing and product decisions

Help with product supply chain and vendor communication efforts

Continuously learn and adapt new skillsets to support the brand as it scales

Required

BS or BA in any field, but a proven track-record of high performance and strong execution

Fast learner with a can-do attitude and high efficiency (no prior marketing or product experience required, but you must be motivated to learn quickly)

Proven ability to take ownership, move projects forward independently, and meet deadlines

Analytical thinker who is comfortable learning from data, experimentation, and iterations
