Design future-state operating models and finance process enhancements
Deliver digital finance solutions
Serve as a strategic advisor to finance leaders on transformation strategy and execution
Oversee project delivery, team performance, and quality assurance
Mentor junior consultants and managers, developing talent across the practice
Contribute to business development efforts—proposals, presentations, and solutioning
Help evolve internal methodologies and thought leadership in finance effectiveness
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in finance transformation / strategy consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting background essential)
Proven leadership in finance operations, shared services, or process improvement
Familiarity with enabling technologies—ERP, EPM, automation, data & analytics
Track record of successful project delivery and executive stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership capabilities
