Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for onsite staff (hardware, software, access issues)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and device setup/offboarding
Support warehouse and office systems (WMS, printers, scanners, networks, workstations)
Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and application issues quickly and calmly
Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and system inventories
Coordinate with vendors and managed service providers as needed
Support basic security best practices (access control, device hygiene, updates)
Assist with rollout of new tools, systems, and internal processes
Qualification
Required
2–3 years experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS, hardware, and SaaS tools
Comfort supporting both office and warehouse technology environments
Ability to work 100% in-office in Oak Creek, WI
Clear communicator with non-technical users
Organized, reliable, and execution-focused
Willingness to get hands dirty and solve problems in real time
Preferred
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations-heavy environments
Familiarity with MDM, SSO, or access management tools
Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
Experience working alongside MSPs or external IT vendors
Bias toward fixing root causes, not just symptoms
