Responsibilities
Overseeing enterprise portfolio operations, ensuring initiatives are prioritized for strategic alignment, value, risk, capacity, and compliance
Leading annual and quarterly planning cycles, including intake, portfolio reviews, SDLC controls compliance, and executive decision support
Monitoring portfolio health, surfacing insights, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior leadership
Owning portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive materials, maintaining data quality, consistency, and transparency
Establishing and evolving portfolio management standards, processes, and optimize tools
Partnering with business partners to understand investment objectives, risk considerations, and control expectations
Communicating portfolio status, risks, dependencies, compliance posture, and tradeoffs in a decision-ready manner
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize portfolio flow, governance efficiency, decision quality, and adopt industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, enterprise planning, or technology governance roles
Proven experience operating at enterprise or multi-portfolio scale
Strong understanding of portfolio governance, SDLC controls, and delivery assurance
Experience supporting multiple delivery methodologies, including waterfall, agile, SAFe, or hybrid
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence without authority and lead effectively in matrix organizations, including managing upward with senior leadership
Preferred
Master's degree
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certification highly preferred
