This role focuses on creating targeted, highly-customized experiences for email recipients through effective management of video personalization campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Helping to evolve our digital strategy through personalization and enhancement of email messaging using strong analytical skills and a continual drive for improvement
Managing the intake of video personalization requests including determining and documenting business requirements while working cross-functionally with others
Assisting with the QA and post-launch monitoring of personalization elements for functionality, rendering, and data accuracy
Continuously measuring experience effectiveness in order to regularly deliver analysis and results
Managing scopes, timelines, and deliverables on multiple concurrent projects while working with a variety of internal teams as well as vendors
Becoming an expert on our video personalization platform and while maintaining a current understanding of email and video best practices
Partnering with the Marketing Innovation team to role out capabilities across the business
