Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure optimal stock levels
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring timely and accurate order prep for daily installations and repairs
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and compliance with company standards
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance
Qualification
Required
2+ year of experience supervising warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and practices
Excellent organization and leadership skills
Proficiency in inventory management software: Service Titan a plus!
Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
Physically able to lift 75lbs
Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use
GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills are required
Professional appearance
Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States
Preferred
Basic knowledge of hand tools is a huge plus!
