Business Development Representative
PeopleEQ is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Representative to join their sales team and drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation. The BDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers while building a robust pipeline for the Account Executives.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of sales experience and previous experience as BDR
Previous experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is a plus
Previous experience with SaaS is strongly preferred
Must have experience selling into local city government

Location preferred: Marin County or California preferred
