Responsibilities
Respond to non-routine customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding billing, policies, and services
Assist customers with online account access, mobile app requests, and energy usage education
Research issues and determine suitable actions to provide solution-driven results
Record and process customer commitments accurately
Meet daily performance metrics and schedule adherence requirements
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed
Adapt responses to unique customer situations while maintaining corporate policy standards
Follow up with customers to ensure one-contact resolution whenever possible
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency with basic computer applications and online customer platforms
Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures for handling customer requests
Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, dependable, and capable of maintaining high integrity standards
