Parish Secretary

Manage the parish office, and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records of parish activities, membership, financial, and sacramental records
Prepare weekly bulletins, and correspondence, and manage parish social media
Provide administrative assistance to our clergy and staff
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and basic office equipment
A warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to the mission of our parishes
Preferred
Experience in a similar role is a plus
