Post-Sales Automation Engineer | Onboarding (B2B SaaS)
Ikuto is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business with strong traction, and they are seeking a Post-Sales Automation Engineer to enhance their onboarding process. The role focuses on building tools and automation to create a self-serve onboarding experience, aiming to significantly increase customer success capacity.
Responsibilities
A self-serve onboarding journey (templates, guided setup, automation, in-app education)
Activation metrics + instrumentation (define “value achieved”, measure drop-offs, trigger interventions)
Internal tools/workflows that replace manual CS work (triage, follow-ups, checklists, reporting)
AI-powered systems to reduce repetitive effort (knowledge base, responses, routing, workflows, content)
Tight feedback loops with Product/Engineering to turn friction into product improvements
Qualification
Required
Real engineering/building ability
Ability to turn post-sales into a self-serve onboarding engine
Light coding / scripting skills
API integrations experience
Basic data work (SQL a plus)
Comfort shipping with AI dev tools (e.g. Cursor, Devin, Copilot/ChatGPT, etc.)
Experience using automation platforms (Zapier/Make, webhooks, internal dashboards)
Post-sales context (Implementation / Solutions / CSM / CS Ops / RevOps)
Ability to think about removing humans from processes
Track record of shipping systems that made a team faster
