Responsibilities
Researching vendor data, internal systems and various government on-line sites to gather and compile information in response to customer inquiries
Create and maintain databases to support Raw Materials Data Management
Review raw materials for compliance with applicable regulations, customer requirements and industry guidelines
Issue questionnaires and documentation to customers to support their approval of product
Assist and implement updates utilizing multiple computer platforms
Managing key customer accounts for approval of products and manufacturers
Demonstrate dedication to achieve complete internal and external customer satisfaction
Format and create regulatory documents
Maintain working knowledge of FDA regulations
Read, understand, and interpret regulatory information
Qualification
