Vice President of Sales

They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for the Americas region to manage a sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and grow recurring business.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve annual bookings, revenue and margin targets for Americas region
Protect existing installed base and identify new business opportunities to grow recurring consumable and large capital systems/solutions business
Understand risk profile to negotiate terms and conditions and close high level complex deals ensuring favorable terms for the company
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, fostering a high performance and accountability-based culture
Develop and manage all aspects of client relationship for key strategic accounts
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into sales strategies
Network with industry leaders, experts and consultants to gather and provide feedback on market trends and dynamics
Recommend target sectors after evaluating market & technology trends, competitive landscape, and product and service offering gaps
Work with leadership team on strategic initiatives to drive global sales growth for membranes

Required

10+ years Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role
Experience in commercial role related to separation technologies used in Water and Wastewater, Food and Beverage, Pharma and Industrial markets like automotive, pulp and paper, mining and Lithium is a strong plus
Ability to travel more than 50% of time

Preferred
