Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary
Plan and execute asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of experience in an asset management coordination role
Strong organizational and time management skills
SAP & MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communications skills required
U.S. citizenship is required
