Responsibilities
Learn and apply commonly used accounting/tax software
Manage client documents and communicate project updates
Monitor client messages and respond on behalf of the firm
Assist with client deliverables and administrative tasks
Support tax season workflows, including 1099 prep and engagement letters
Gain exposure to the e-filing process and tax return submissions
Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic tax prep (individual & business)
Learn fundamentals of financial statement preparation, including S Corp and C Corp returns
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
