Responsibilities
Prepare detailed statistical reports using wage and benefit data to create tables, charts, and narratives using data software such as MS Office products, Tableau, Python, and/or other data analysis tools as required

Synthesize and present data in reports, tables, etc. in a simplified matter
Recommend or assist in formulating recommendations for improved organizational structure, policies, techniques, methods, systems, and procedures designed to meet program outcomes
Review and evaluate legislation for impact on agency operations; provide analysis; and recommend strategies to effectively initiate approved changes
Provide technical advice on management systems and techniques to administrative personnel
Perform duties in accordance with supervisor direction and established policies and procedures at all times. Complete assigned tasks in an accurate, timely, professional and confidential manner
Assist in reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness and operational management of the units workforce, medical and other community support programs
Demonstrate the ability to critically think and problem solve when completing projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 24 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Business or Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field
One or more years of professional experience in management analysis, fiscal or financial analysis, operations research, or industrial engineering
Ability to critically think and problem solve when completing projects
Experience using specialized software including Tableau, Excel, and coding languages like Python and SQL
Ability to create, update, and maintain data visualization pipelines and dashboards
Ability to prepare detailed statistical reports using wage and benefit data to create tables, charts, and narratives using data software such as MS Office products, Tableau, Python, and/or other data analysis tools
Ability to synthesize and present data in reports, tables, etc. in a simplified manner
Ability to recommend or assist in formulating recommendations for improved organizational structure, policies, techniques, methods, systems, and procedures designed to meet program outcomes

Experience in programming languages such as Python and SQL
Experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep
Previous experience working in or with SkillUP, MWA, A2A, LIHEAP, LIHWAP, CSBG, Jobs League, Food Distribution, VOCA, DVS, JAG, or any other program overseen by OWCI
